Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray mini muffin pan(s) with cooking spray.
  2. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
  3. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains.
  4. Drain excess fat from the cooked sausage.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheddar; stir until evenly mixed.
  6. Open the biscuit cans and split each biscuit into two smaller rounds.
  7. Press each biscuit round into the prepared mini muffin cups to form biscuit cups.
  8. Fill each biscuit cup with the sausage and cheese mixture.
  9. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  10. Let the baked bites cool briefly so the filling sets.
