Spicy, cheesy buffalo chicken sliders served on sweet Hawaiian rolls, perfect for game day or quick dinners. Made with shredded rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and two kinds of cheese, baked to melty perfection.

  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls (12 count)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Melt the butter.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella; stir to combine.
  6. If the chicken mixture is overly saucy, drain off excess liquid.
  7. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  8. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  9. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar and mozzarella over the chicken.
  11. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese and brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
  12. Cover the dish with foil.
  13. Bake covered for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  14. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  15. Remove from the oven and slice the sliders.
