These tasty bacon brie bites bring together salty bacon, creamy brie, crunchy pecans, and sweet maple syrup in golden crescent roll cups. They’re a perfect bite-sized sweet and salty appetizer ideal for parties and gatherings.

  • 1 8 oz can crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • ½ cup diced bacon
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a mini muffin tin.
  3. Roll out crescent roll dough into one rectangle and press seams closed if needed.
  4. Cut dough into 24 equal pieces.
  5. Press one dough piece into each muffin tin cup to form a small cup.
  6. Cut brie into small chunks and place one piece into each dough cup.
  7. Stir together diced bacon and chopped pecans.
  8. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the bacon-pecan mixture on top of the brie in each cup.
  9. Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup over each cup, keeping it contained.
  10. Bake 15–20 minutes until the dough is golden and the bacon is crisp.
  11. Remove bites from the pan, using a small wooden spoon or spatula to loosen any that stick due to caramelized syrup.
