Notes

Can swap Hawaiian rolls for any soft dinner rolls., Use block cream cheese for best texture, not spreadable tub kind., Mayonnaise brand or type can be chosen based on preference., Ranch seasoning can be store-bought or homemade blend., Leftover baked chicken or rotisserie chicken may be used., Regular or turkey bacon both work well., Cheddar cheese can be substituted with Colby Jack or pepper jack as desired., Butter should be unsalted to control saltiness of glaze., Garlic powder and salt can be omitted or adjusted if using salted butter., Buffalo sauce or jalapeño ranch seasoning can be added for spicy variations., Make ahead option available by assembling and storing in fridge, then baking before serving., Sliders can be frozen up to 3 months if tightly covered, thawed overnight before reheating.
