Simple, crowd-pleasing snack featuring deli meats, creamy Galbani® Mozzarella, fresh veggies, all wrapped in soft flour tortillas and baked until melty.

  • 12 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella, sliced
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • Variety of deli meats (ham, turkey, roast beef work great)
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 Romaine lettuce heart
  • 1 jar sliced banana peppers
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers, sliced into strips
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Italian dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat dry tomato slices and lettuce with paper towels.
  2. Warm tortillas briefly in the microwave or a skillet for about 10 seconds to make rolling easier.
  3. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  4. Line a 9×12-inch casserole dish with parchment paper.
  5. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and set one slice of mozzarella on top.
  6. Layer 2 slices of deli meat on the cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Add one leaf of lettuce, one tomato slice, and some banana or roasted red pepper strips.
  8. Roll the tortilla tightly and secure it with a toothpick.
  9. Trim the ends off each roll.
  10. Place rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  11. Repeat assembly with remaining tortillas, meats, and toppings until the dish is full.
  12. Drizzle the roll-ups lightly with Italian dressing.
  13. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and fillings are warmed through.
  14. Remove from the oven, take out toothpicks, and slice into 1-inch finger sandwiches or serve whole.
